So you want to make DJ Flyers but you haven’t got the cash to pay someone to make them and print them? This guide will tell you how you can make Free DJ Flyers. A flyer is a great way to advertise yourself as a DJ or an event you are planning. So keep in mind your target audience when designing your flyer. Theres two ways to start, if you are able to draw then good for you, you can freehand draw your flyer and away you go. If however you can’t draw then you can download free software that will allow you to create professional looking flyers in not time. You may even already have some installed like Microsoft Word or have access to Adobe Photoshop at School or a friends house.
If you are drawing your flyer then you’ve done most of the hard work for free right there. If you can’t draw you’ll need access to a computer and some software. If you haven’t got any software check out OpenOffice which is a free Microsoft Word type of program. Once you have opened your program under the New setting should be a list of templates, here you’ll no doubt find ‘Flyers’, if not there are loads of free ones online you can download.
Insert all of your important information. You’ll need to remember your target audience here so make sure you include your DJ name, event details, prices etc. Place all the information in text boxes, so it means you can move the text around.
Insert any images behind or next to the text. Make sure that the text is still readable if placed on top of a picture. Remember the best flyers are the simple ones so be careful not to overcrowd your flyer with too much text or images.
Make sure your DJ name or the event name are large and stand out. Once you are happy save your flyer. Now you can get a professional printer to print these but that won’t be cheap. We want to do it for free. So use your ink jet printer, or better yet someone elses. If you can get away with it print it at work or print out a single flyer and have it photocopied somewhere like at school.
Or if you want to pay for it to be professionally done then check out Kyandii Cards where you can create your own DJ flyers and get them printed cheaply in bulk!
And thats how you make free DJ flyers.
